Wow, this year is already half over! I wanted to show you a couple photos of our Sawtooth model that is under construction in Rivers Bend Community. This house is looking so good, and the large beams with high vaulted ceilings opens up the back of the house into the large trees on the rivers side of the community. Tell us what you think. This home should be finished by the end of the month and is listed on MLS.
The new models back up to the west side of the community are looking good. We are working hard to get this complete very soon. The Payette (right model) has been sold and the Alturas (Middle unit) has been sold, and the Sawtooth is available. Please call us for more details at (208) 955-7900. If you haven’t been to Rivers Bend lately, you will be surprised on how much progress there has been on the new buildings. Home-sites 43-45 are coming a long very nicely. We are looking towards the end of September for a finish date. The Payette model has already been sold, and the other two at this point are still available.
