Hi guys, a little update on the models in Rivers Bend. We are excited to announce the completion of an all new model. This Sawtooth plan is all new, we re-designed it and it is awesome! You are going to fall in love with the all new re-designed entry way, and you for sure will love the great room with the ceiling and full beams and amazing wall of windows showing the wooded area out back. Hopefully you have been out on the first weekend of the fall parade to check out our beautiful Alutaras Parade model. We would love to have you come out and take a look at it, and tell us what you think. Parade hours are 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday for the next two weekends. The new models back up to the west side of the community are looking good. We are working hard to get this complete very soon. If you haven’t been to Rivers Bend lately, you will be surprised on how much progress there has been on the new buildings. Home-sites 43-45 are coming a long very nicely. We are looking towards the end of September for a finish date. The Payette model has already been sold, and the other two at this point are still available.
